Product Overview

Float equipment serves as the backbone of casing equipment used during primary cementing operations. These essential components guide the casing to total depth and prevent contaminated mud from entering the casing while providing a landing point for casing wiper plugs.

Key Features

Reinforces the lower end of the casing string
Ensures precise cement slurry displacement
Hi Flow valves reduce fluid erosion and minimize pressure drop
Available in two sizes: 70mm and 90mm
PDC drillable composite plastic materials for valve components
Standard seal rated to 150°C with optional 204°C seal
Valve body molded with fiber phenolic, 70MPa and 204°C seal
High-quality spring with phosphor bronze C510 material
Plunger seal top molded with HNBR, 70MPa and 204°C seal
